Q: Are all your inkjet cartridges offered for sale at a 10% discount?
Y: Yes, every inkjet cartridge available for purchase from
InkjetSupplies4Less.com is offered at a 10% discount off the list price of that
inkjet cartridge.
Q: Why don't you sell remanufactured inkjet cartridges?
A: Although we acknowledge the potential savings in using remanufactured inkjet
cartridges, InkjetSupplies4Less has made the decision to not sell
remanufactured inkjet cartridges. Our goal is to offer you the highest quality
inkjet cartridges at a fraction of the cost for brand new, brand name inkjet
cartridges.
Q: How does the free shipping work?
A: Orders will ship free of charge the first business day following the
receipt of your order. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays. Generally InkjetSupplies4Less will ship your order via the
United States Postal Service. Once your item ships, a tracking number will
be provided to you via your PayPal account.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING EXCEPTION: If your order includes an inkjet cartridge that
has the  Special Order symbol next to it on the order
page, then the shipment of your entire order may be delayed by a minimum of 3
days and as many as 6 days, depending on how long it takes us to obtain your
Special Order inkjet cartridge from our supplier.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes, we offer Overnight and other expedited shipping options for an
additional fee. Contact us at
CustomerService@InkjetSupplies4Less.com for an expedited shipping expense
quote.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: InkjetSupplies4Less only charges sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado;
our state sales tax rate is 2.9%. Orders shipped to the city of Black Hawk will
incur an additional 5.5% city sales tax charge in addition to the 2.9% state
sales tax charge for a total of 8.4%.
Q: Do you buy back empty inkjet cartridges?
A: Yes, InkjetSupplies4Less offers a recycling program. You can
recycle any empty inkjet cartridge with us -- we accept all
brands. Although many of our competitors will not pay for recycled
inkjet cartridges if they fail either an electrical test or a print test, our
recycling program is unique. We will pay you a standard rate of $.30
per cartridge for your empty inkjet cartridges even if they fail either test
(electrical or print), provided that your cartridges show no visible signs of
damage (i.e., dents, scratches, cracks, etc.). IMPORTANT NOTE:
Because of the added expense we incur when we purchase recycled cartridges that
do not pass electrical and print tests, we unfortunately are NOT able to
reimburse our customers for their shipping costs to mail in empty inkjet
cartridges for recycling.
If you wish to recycle your empty inkjet cartridges, please contact us at
CustomerService@InkjetSupplies4Less.com and specify the cartridge numbers
(e.g., HP 45, HP 96, etc.) and the quantity of each you plan to recycle.
